NOTAM—the Naval Office of Terrestrial and Astral Management—is the last bastion of order and democracy in the shattered remnants of human civilization. Formed from the surviving NATO nations (excluding the USA), along with Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, NOTAM stands as humanity’s shield against tyranny, chaos, and extinction.

Operating under the motto “Ordo Galaxis,” NOTAM controls the majority of the inhabited solar systems, enforcing peace and stability through its vast fleets and disciplined forces. It serves as both a military alliance and a governing body, patrolling trade routes, combatting piracy, and defending against the horrors of the cosmos.

Armed with cutting-edge weapons and vehicles supplied by ASTROCORP and the military industrial complex, NOTAM’s forces are highly trained, well-equipped, and driven by a shared belief in freedom and unity. Despite its noble ideals, NOTAM faces constant challenges—from the expansionist Sino-Soviet Republics to the horrors lurking in the void.
